11.1 As a Member of rp999, you have the following rights in relation to your Personal Data:
You have the right to request a copy of the Personal Data rp999 holds about you, together with information about how and why it is processed.
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate Personal Data or completion of incomplete data held about you by rp999.
In certain circumstances, you may request that rp999 delete your Personal Data. This right is subject to overriding legal obligations (e.g., AML record-keeping requirements).
You may request that rp999 restrict the processing of your Personal Data in certain circumstances, such as while the accuracy of the data is being contested.

11.2 To exercise any of the rights above, submit a written request to rp999 via the contact details in clause 15. rp999 will respond within thirty (30) calendar days. Where the request is complex or high in volume, we may extend this period by an additional thirty (30) days with prior notification.
11.3 rp999 may request proof of identity before processing a data rights request to prevent unauthorized disclosure of Personal Data to a third party.
12.1 rp999 is strictly an adult-only platform. Registration and use of the Platform is prohibited for individuals under the age of 21 years. This age restriction applies to all markets served by rp999, including all Indonesian provinces and cities.
12.2 rp999 does not knowingly collect or process Personal Data from individuals under the age of 21. Age is verified at the KYC stage through government-issued identification documents.
12.3 If rp999 becomes aware that a Member under the age of 21 has registered an Account, the Account will be immediately suspended, all balances returned to the deposit source, all Personal Data associated with that Account deleted in accordance with our retention policy, and the matter referred to rp999's compliance team.
Parents and guardians: If you believe a person under 21 in your care has registered on rp999, please contact our support team immediately. We will take prompt action to close the account and delete associated data.
13.1 The rp999 Platform may contain references to third-party services, payment gateways, and external content. Where Members are redirected to a third-party service (for example, a banking or e-wallet portal to complete a payment), that third party's own privacy policy and terms will apply to data collected during that interaction.
13.2 rp999 is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services. We encourage Members to review the privacy policies of any third-party service before submitting Personal Data to it.
13.3 rp999 selects its third-party service providers carefully and requires all providers who process Personal Data on rp999's behalf to implement security measures at least equivalent to those described in clause 10 of this Policy.
