You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open an account on rp999. Proof of identity (KTP) is required before withdrawal privileges are activated.
rp999 supports BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and USDT (TRC-20). Minimum deposit is Rp 25.000. Most withdrawals process within 10 minutes, 24/7.
All bonuses at rp999 carry a wagering requirement (WR). The default WR is 25× the bonus amount. Bonuses must be used within the stated validity period or they will be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rp999 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Report any suspected unauthorized access immediately.
Collusion, match-fixing, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and any form of fraud will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances without prior notice.

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
2.1 To register and use the rp999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

2.2 By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set forth in clause 2.1 and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
3.1 To access the betting and gaming services on rp999, you must register a personal Account by completing the registration form and providing accurate details including, but not limited to, your full name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method.
3.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on rp999. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Account Balances.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication device). You must not share, transfer, or permit any third party to access or use your Account.
3.4 rp999 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of a Member's Account where the Member has failed to maintain the security of their credentials. Any suspected unauthorized access must be reported to rp999 support immediately.
3.5 rp999 reserves the right to refuse registration at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
rp999 will never contact you by email, chat, or phone to request your Account password or full payment card details. If you receive any such communication, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
4.1 rp999 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be initiated at any time at rp999's discretion, including during a deposit, bonus claim, or suspicious activity review.
4.2 To complete KYC verification, Members must submit clear copies of the following documents:
4.3 rp999 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the verification process. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in Account suspension and the freezing of any pending withdrawal requests.
4.4 All KYC documentation is handled in accordance with rp999's Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely and used solely for identity verification and regulatory compliance purposes.
5.1 rp999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, USDT (TRC-20), Visa, and Mastercard.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 for local bank transfers and domestic e-wallets. The minimum for USDT deposits is the equivalent of Rp 50.000 at the time of transfer, calculated at rp999's published exchange rate.
5.3 There is no maximum single deposit cap unless rp999 imposes one for compliance or fraud-prevention reasons, in which case the Member will be notified.
5.4 All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits — payments made by another individual on a Member's behalf — are prohibited. Any detected third-party deposit may be returned, and the Member's Account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.5 rp999 does not charge fees on deposits. However, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction fees, for which rp999 bears no responsibility.
5.6 Deposits are credited to a Member's Account Balance in real time or within a few minutes under normal operating conditions. In the event of a technical issue delaying a deposit credit, Members should contact rp999 support with their transaction reference number.
6.1 Members may request a withdrawal of their real-money Account Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause and in clause 4 (Identity Verification).
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the Member's own name and to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless rp999 has approved an alternative at its discretion.
6.3 rp999 targets a withdrawal processing time of under ten (10) minutes for domestic bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallet payouts, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During periods of exceptionally high transaction volume, processing may take up to 30 minutes. rp999 does not guarantee processing times in cases of force majeure, bank system outages, or regulatory holds.
6.4 Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Only winnings derived from completed wagering requirements on Bonus Funds are eligible for withdrawal. Any Bonus Funds remaining in a Member's Account at the time of a withdrawal request will be removed before the withdrawal is processed.
6.5 rp999 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal exceeding Rp 50.000.000 or where unusual account activity has been detected.
6.6 Withdrawals to USDT (TRC-20) will be processed at rp999's published USDT/IDR exchange rate at the time of the withdrawal request. Cryptocurrency market fluctuations are the Member's own responsibility.
7.1 rp999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to Members. All promotions are subject to specific terms that supplement and, where in conflict, supersede this clause.
7.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 25× the bonus amount before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. For example: a Rp 100.000 bonus requires total qualifying bets of Rp 2.500.000.
7.3 Game Contribution Rates: Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. The following rates apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
7.4 Bonus Validity: Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be fully wagered within thirty (30) calendar days of being credited to the Account. Unused or un-wagered Bonus Funds will be automatically removed from the Account Balance upon expiry.
7.5 rp999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7.6 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, matched betting designed to exploit bonus terms, or exploiting technical errors — is a prohibited activity under clause 9 and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
8.1 All bets on the rp999 sportsbook are accepted subject to the individual market rules applicable to the relevant sport, league, and bet type. Specific rules for football betting (including Asian handicap / voor bola, mix parlay accumulators, and 1X2 markets), togel draws, and other products are published within the relevant game sections of the Platform.
8.2 A bet is considered accepted once a bet receipt or confirmation number has been issued by the Platform. rp999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a palpable pricing error, even after the bet has been accepted.
8.3 All casino game outcomes (slots, live dealer, crash, table games) are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. rp999 does not control, influence, or manipulate game outcomes. Results are final once a game round is completed.
8.4 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or bet settlement, rp999 will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue fairly. Bets voided due to a platform technical error will be refunded to the Member's Balance. rp999's decision in disputed game outcomes is final.
8.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits for all markets and games are displayed within the Platform and may be subject to change without prior notice.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rp999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account Balances, and may result in legal action:
rp999 employs active monitoring systems and will report suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity to the relevant authorities. Cooperation with law enforcement investigations is a standard part of rp999's compliance obligations.
10.1 All content on the rp999 Platform — including but not limited to the rp999 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of rp999 or its licensed content providers.
10.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No rights in any Platform content are transferred to the Member by virtue of these Terms or by use of the Platform.
10.3 Any reproduction, redistribution, republication, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without rp999's prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property laws.
11.1 rp999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rp999 makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the Platform or its content, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11.2 rp999 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with a Member's use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory — even if rp999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 rp999's total aggregate liability to any Member for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude rp999's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
11.5 Gambling inherently involves financial risk. Members acknowledge that they may lose all funds deposited and wagered on the Platform. rp999 is not responsible for any financial losses a Member incurs through gambling on the Platform.
12.1 rp999 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment only and is strictly limited to Members aged 21 and above.
12.2 rp999 offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your Account settings:
12.3 If you believe that your gambling is becoming a problem, please visit the Responsible Gaming page or contact rp999 support immediately to activate self-exclusion or other protective tools.
12.4 rp999 actively prevents underage gambling. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, and any balance will be returned to the deposit source.
13.1 rp999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
13.2 In the event of suspension due to an investigation, rp999 will freeze any Balance pending the outcome. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, all funds may be forfeited.
13.3 A Member wishing to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may submit a written closure request to rp999 support. Any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method following successful KYC verification.
14.1 rp999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date of any revision will be reflected in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page.
14.2 For material changes, rp999 will provide reasonable notice to Members via in-platform notification or email to the registered address. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.3 It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your Account in accordance with clause 13.3 before the amended Terms take effect.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rp999 is incorporated and licensed, as specified in rp999's official licensing documentation.
15.2 rp999 and the Member agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. The Member must submit a formal complaint to rp999's support team before initiating any legal proceedings.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial complaint, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, as designated by rp999.
15.4 Nothing in this clause limits rp999's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or to prevent imminent harm.
